Are you a bit overwhelmed by the China Pen King StoreFront? Here are a few pointers to get you on track...
General Navigation Issues
- To browse the China Pen King product line:
Click on the "Products" tab near the side of any of our pages. This will take you to our category selection page. On this page, select a category of products to view and click on the appropriate link to view the products on the category.
- To get back to the China Pen King Homepage:
Click on the Home in the upper top of any page in the site. This link will take you to our homepage.
- To view company information, and guarantee information:
Click on the FAQ
Individual Product Issues:
- To learn about products in our product line:
Click on your desired product under the appropriate category on our "Products" page. You can click on either the picture of the product or the title of the product.
- To see a bigger picture of the item:
Click on either the product's picture or the "click for larger image" link below the product's picture.
- To select options for the product:
Use the pull down menu, if available for the product, to select which color, size or other option you wish to change.
- To view products that have been recommended to be used in conjunction with the selected product:
Click on the products under the "Ching Pen King also Recommends..." These links will take you directly to the pages describing the related products.
Purchasing Issues:
After you have selected any available options, click on the "Add to Cart" icon next to the product's pricing and availability information. This will place the item in your shopping cart. After this is done, you can close the shopping cart window and continue to view and purchase other products if you wish to do so.
- If you are unable to add more than one product to the shopping cart or are experiencing issues with the quantity or products added to the shopping cart:
Internet browser "cookies" are used by our system to store the order information such as quantity. If the cookies aren't enabled in your browser, the cart cannot store quantity information and will show only one item or will show incorrect numbers of items. You may not be able to complete your purchase properly.
If you do not have your Internet browser set to accept cookies, you will need to change the settings to accept cookies before you will be able to make a purchase.
To change your browser's "cookie" settings, please follow the appropriate instructions below for either the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser or the Mozilla FireFox browser:

If you enable the cookies in your Internet browsers, they will be able to make the purchases from our store. If you cannot make your purchase after you change your browser's cookie settings, please contact China Pen King Customer Support for assistance.
- To remove a product from your shopping cart:
Click in the check box next to the product you wish to remove from your cart. Next click on the "Update" button at the bottom of the "Remove" column. This will remove the product from your cart.
- To check out (finish your purchase):
Click on the "My Cart" link in the left side of the screen. This will take you to a screen displaying the contents of your shopping cart. Make sure that the contents of your cart and their prices are correct. After doing this, click on the "Checkout" button. China Pen King uses PayPal to process its credit card orders. Fill out the appropriate shipping and credit card information on the pages and approve the order when necessary. The PayPal cart will tell you when your order is completed.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
It usually takes 24 hours to process your order and we will send you a confimation email immediately after we receive your order. A tracking number will be given to you within 24 hours, which you can track your parcel using the "TRACK YOUR PARCEL" at the top of the screen.
